GEP Power Products 24 Way Fusebox / Relay Holder

The GEP 24-Way Fusebox / Relay Holder is an ideal solution for standalone ECU installations, offering support for up to 4 fuses and 4 relays in one compact unit. It’s perfectly suited for powering essential systems such as ECU & injector power, coil power, radiator fan, and fuel pump circuits.

We use these extensively in our MaxxECU installs where PDMs aren’t required and modern fuseboxes can’t be repinned—making this setup especially useful for classic car applications.

In the 4-relay / 4-fuse configuration, the setup runs 20A max relays, which is typically sufficient for all the systems listed above. You can also configure the box however you prefer—6 fuses and 3 relays, or even 12 mini fuses alone. The modular layout gives you full flexibility to mix and match.

The unit uses Metripack terminals (available separately on this page) in three sizes—small, medium, and large—with sealed packs of 15. Since the fusebox accepts up to 24 terminals, ordering two packs of varying sizes works well for combining main power and signal wires.

Despite its capacity, the fusebox remains **extremely compact—smaller than the average hand—**making it easy to mount discreetly and out of sight.

Cavity plugs are also available for unused terminal positions.

And to top it all off, it’s completely sealed when done right, so it becomes waterproof for those exterior installs.
