106 Bespoke Wiring Harness

This Peugeot 106 Quiksilver came in for a fresh start with a brand new ITB setup.

A lot of 106s end up going down the GTI or track car route, but this one’s been kept a bit cleaner and more original in its direction.

We built a complete engine wiring harness for it, replacing everything from the starter and alternator wiring through to the reverse light switch and supporting systems.

A compact fuse and relay setup was mounted beneath the ECU bracket, handling the radiator fans, fuel pump, ECU and injectors, keeping everything simple and easy to manage.

We also spent some time tucking the wiring neatly under the ITBs to keep the bay as clean as possible without compromising access or reliability.

The ITBs were then balanced once everything was up and running, which, on this setup, isn’t the easiest job.
