Looking for a bespoke wiring harness for your 4-cylinder engine? We create custom engine looms specifically designed for MaxxECU, built to your exact specifications. Whether you’re upgrading from an outdated ECU or starting fresh, we provide a seamless, plug-and-play solution.

1️) Provide Your Details

• Share your engine specs, preferred wiring layout, and any special requirements.

2️) Send an Old Harness (Optional)

• If replacing an existing loom, you can send us the old one. We’ll match the wire lengths and connectors for a perfect fit.

3️) DIY Loom Mockup (If No Old Loom Available)

• No old harness? No problem! You can:
  • Create a mock-up using string or spare wiring.
  • Send detailed measurements and photos of your connectors.

4️) We Build & Deliver

• Once we finalize your design, we handcraft your harness using high-quality materials and ship it within 5 weeks.

🔧 Premium Build Quality & Materials

• High-Quality Automotive Cable – We use the MaxxECU flying lead loom (included with ECUs purchased from us). This laser-etched, FLRY-B equivalent cable is rated for engine bay temperatures.
• Precision-Built Using an In-House Panduit Board – Every harness is laid out on our in-house Panduit board to ensure pinpoint accuracy and consistent wire routing. Our harnesses are built to the exact layout of your engine, avoiding unnecessary wire strain from trying to bend a loom not built to shape.
• Durable, Fire-Retardant Braiding – Our harnesses are wrapped in heat-resistant braided sleeving, offering extreme protection against abrasives as well as resistance to fuel and oil (-70°C to 150°C).
• Professional Crimping – No Soldering – All connections are made using calibrated crimping tools for long-term reliability. They are built to last.
• Connector Labels – All Connectors come with labels, please contact us to make a decision between black on yellow, or black on white labels.

💡 Need More? We can customize your harness to include additional inputs/outputs, such as Crankcase Pressure Sensors, Shock Absorber Travel Sensors, and more.

⚠️ Important Information

📍 This harness is specifically designed for MaxxECU and must be used with a MaxxECU kit that includes a flying lead harness.

• If you purchased your MaxxECU kit from us, the required flying lead harness is included and we will contact you before shipping the kit out.
• If your kit did not include a flying lead harness or you already own an MaxxECU and just need a harness made, you have two options:
  1. Provide your own flying lead harness
  2. We can order one for you

If you need us to source a flying lead harness, please contact us.

📍 This is an online service. If you need in-person assistance, including:

• Removing your existing loom & ECU
• Designing a new harness on-site
• Full installation services
