Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please review the following information regarding returns, refunds and order cancellations.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@asdtuninguk.com.

The following conditions must be met in order for your return to be accepted:

SECTION 1: DAMAGED GOODS

At ASDTuning, we take great care in ensuring that all products are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged before shipment. However, if your goods are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@asdtuninguk.com with detailed photos of the damage. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48hours of receipt of your delivery. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for returning the product or obtaining a replacement.

SECTION 2: INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at info@asdtuninguk.com. We will send a return shipping label for the incorrect item and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. All incorrect items must be returned unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.

SECTION 3: FAULTY GOODS

If you believe your item is faulty, ASDTuning reserves the right to request the return of the item (or a part of it) for inspection. Please contact us at info@asdtuninguk.com  to initiate the return process. All packaging must be retained and returned with the item. After inspection, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate. If the fault is due to misuse or improper installation, no refund or replacement will be issued.

SECTION 4: ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. If an order is cancelled after processing, but prior to shipping, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and administrative costs.

Please note that special order items and non-returnable items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier or manufacturer. If the order has not been confirmed by the supplier, the 10% handling fee will apply for cancellations.

SECTION 5: RETURNS PROCESS

For standard returns, all items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@asdtuninguk.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before returning any items. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your goods.

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on returned items, depending on the condition of the goods and packaging.

SECTION 6: NON-CANCELLABLE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are not eligible for return or cancellation once the order has been placed. These include, but are not limited to:

For these items, no returns or cancellations will be accepted once the order is confirmed. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before proceeding with the purchase of these products.

SECTION 7: UNDELIVERED GOODS RETURNED TO ASDTUNING

All orders are shipped with the address provided during checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided and that the goods are collected or accepted at the time of delivery. ASDTuning is not liable for delivery delays or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

In cases where an order is returned to us by the courier due to an address error or failure to collect the parcel, we will hold the goods for 30days and attempt to contact the buyer to arrange redelivery. If the buyer requests a refund for undelivered goods, only the product cost will be refunded if it meets the requirements outlined previously. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the goods and these will be calculated based on the courier and delivery location.


SECTION 8: OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen (for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process)

We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

SECTION 9: OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if: a) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example your correct delivery address; b) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from our courier.

SECTION 10: ACCEPTED RETURNS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
